Ottimo: Factory from Aster Cucine

Ottimo, the design studio for Italian furniture has introduced the Factory kitchen collection by Aster Cucine. Inspired by industrial spaces and lofts, the Factory kitchen has a no fuss and a free style ideology. Conceived as a work in progress, the kitchen offers multiple explorations through different ideas, styles and materials. It sees a combination of something new and old — a heady mix of aged wood, Corten steel, oxidised steel, stone, brass, copper, shiny metal, and many more.

Shades like gold, green, grey blue, black and white define Factory. But there is no end to imagination in which the combinations of the various materials, textures and colours can come together. Book shelves that act as room dividers, blackboards, unpolished wood and aging iron shelves stand in stark contrast to shiny new technology. The magic of Factory is that it can be conceived in innumerable styles (modern, rustic or traditional) depending on the space.
