Koyo Studios, the Mumbai-based tableware brand not only manufactures, but also imports artisanal pieces and linen from across the globe. Their latest collection is christened Tashkent — an ode to the capital city of Uzbekistan — and is brimming with rich history. Taking inspiration from Uzbeki Ikkat, their dinnerware, serveware and flatware feature the iconic ikkat motifs, which are hand-etched or enamelled by local artisans. Their dinnerware collection is plated with 24K pure gold and is swathed with decadent jewel tones of sapphire and amethyst, making it rich and rare.
