Luxury tableware brand Kaunteya has unveiled a new collection — Dasara – The Royal Legacy — for the upcoming festive months. Like all the series brought out by Kaunteya, this one too is a grand, and nuanced celebration of Indian heritage, culture and mythology. For Dasara, the inspiration was the breathtaking Indo-Saracenic architecture of the Mysore Palace. The tableware is impressively handpainted in turquoise blue and decorated with intricate flower motifs. The 24k gold details adds more drama and exquisiteness of the tableware.
Inspired by the extensive rituals of Indian traditions, the Byah collection introduces the joie de vivre and sparkle of celebrations using a scroll painting art from Rajasthan with a 700-year-old legacy. The collection adds a contemporary twist to the otherwise colourful proceedings by using a stunning black and gold palette that brings an intriguing elegance and glamour to the design. The Pichwai collection captures the traditional motifs of lotuses, trees and cows in a minimal and contemporary flair. The paintings are enriched with 24k gold accentuating the luxury look.
