Alankaram has announced a new collaboration with designer and artist Saheba Singh led home decor and textiles brand, Kinaray. The design partnership features an exclusive lineup of upholstery fabrics that stays loyal to the “Indianised designs” that Alankaram is known for. The upholstery fabrics are a marriage between skilful craftsmanship and exquisite artistry; and brings together the playful and evocative visual narratives of Kinaray and the functionally and aesthetically rich wooden furniture-making of Alankaram. By incorporating a modern mix of classic motifs, scenes, and emblems into the collection, the collaboration aims to inject a touch of whimsy and wonder into the beloved corners of homes through beautifully upholstered accent chairs, day beds, rocking chairs, and more.
