Designed by architect Vincent Van Duysen for Italy-based Dada (Molteni & C Spa), Ratio is an iconic kitchen with a unique architectural flair. It is enriched with new modularity and materials. Metal grids act as base for floor units, wall units, columns, hoods and accessories. It features slatted doors and internal lighting which integrates the handles with profiles of the same thickness resulting in a decorative frame that gives rhythm to its structure. The Ratio kitchen employs refined woods such as Thermo Oak, and sophisticated natural stones like the new Breccia Capraia in its making, which with its splendid dark-coloured streaks lends each worktop, backrest or shelf an exclusive appeal.
The island counter is integrated with furniture and accessories, together with snack counters and innovative solutions for the washing and cooking areas. The full height doors and wall units are equipped with the patented Sistema 7 mechanism — an ingenious opening mechanism used in the Molteni & C Gliss Master system. This allows the doors with single or double opening direction to completely blend into the surrounding furnishings. In wall units, it opens doors effortlessly and silently, by moving to the side of the compartment, if free, or in front of the adjacent compartment, making the central compartment fully accessible.
The Ratio kitchen from Dada is exclusively available with New Delhi-based luxury lifestyle brand, EtreLuxe.
